Upon the appeal of Metro Cash & Carry to review the assessment of its property and to establish its cadastral value in accordance with market valuation the Assessment Appeal State Commission under the Rosreestr in Moscow came to a positive decision as of December 25, 2015.

Upon the application of the Arbitration Court of Moscow within the case №А40-157103/2013 the leading experts of VALRUS conducted the expertise to determine the market value of the land plot of NLMK (Novolipetsk Steel) in order to contest the results of the State Cadastral Valuation.

On February 20, 2014, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan came to a positive decision upon application of Ufa Meat Canning Plant to set the cadastral value of land plot located at the address: Ufa, Kalininskiy district, Tramvaynaya str., 4a; land area is 130 461 sq. m.
