In August 2015, the experts of VALRUS performed valuation of the property for insurance purposes. The property was a non-residential building with its 3 000 sq.m., located at Volgogradskiy prospect in Moscow.
Upon the conclusion of the Agreement between the Owner and the Tenant (private health clinic) the property insurance was required to determine the amount of Civil Liability of the Tenant. Following the market valuation results, provided by experts and the property replacement cost, the market price amounted over 650 million rub.
The valuation was accepted by the Client and the Tenant and protected towards insurance company.
