The valuation was conducted for the mortgage loan purposes in ‘Promsvyazbank’. The total market value of the property amounted over 200 million rub. During the process of value determination, the experts visited the place, carried out detailed analysis of the market cottage settlements in Sochi and conducted a survey of local market experts. The valuation results were accepted by the Customer and the Bank.
