In 2015, leading experts of Valrus Ltd. took part in a unique project on valuation of 100% share in Turkmenistan Airlines company. The valuation was a part of the process of its incorporation and separation from the state national aviation service, which included the carrier, the airport, ancillary services and the management of the entire industry.

Valrus Ltd. has delivered judgement about market value of a trucking company (waste management industry) which runs business in Moscow Region. The truck fleet of the company consists of 200 vehicles, vehicle service station and non-operating assets. Since the ultimate intention of the client was to sell the business, the purpose of the appraisal was to define both market value and investment value, as well as the range of values for negotiations.
