The project of stock shares valuation of 72 gas-distributing companies, owned by Rosneftegaz, was completed. Technical guidance, quality control and defense of a project to a client, experts of Self-Regulatory Organization, the Federal Property Management Agency (at Director-General level) and the Federal Government was performed by experts of VALRUS .
Regional expert analytical center 'Perspektiva' on behalf of the partner of our company P. Kartsev took part in the project of stock shares valuation of 72 gas-distributing companies, which are part of Rosneftegaz- state company, the main stockholder of Rosneft (more than 75%), and the major shareholder of Gazprom (more than 10%) and stock portfolio valued by GRO.
As a result of competition for the valuation of 72 GRO, 'Audit-Consulting Group' Business Systems Development was recognized as a winner. It is one of the largest Russian audit and consulting companies rated in the Top 20 according to 'Expert RA'. In 2010-2011 Paul Kartsev was the Head of the valuation of this company's business, and currently we maintain a good partnership.
Within the project Paul Kartsev worked as a research and methodology adviser and a quality manager responsible for:
- development of the common valuation methodology

establishment of standard report and estimated calculation

adjustment of models and reports when dealing with accounting

consulting of managers of working groups on any methodological issues;

verification of reports and calculations prepared jointly with different valuation teams involved in this project
