The valuated logistic property represents a warehouse complex of A class located on a land plot of 22,6 ha. and consisting of 4 buildings with the total area of 118 thousand sq. m. The property is located to the south-west of Moscow, Naro-Fominsk district, 24 km from the MRHW between Minsk (M1) and Kiev (M3) high road. The logistic company Itell NLC is a tenant of 3 buildings, in building 4 the main areas belong to Gorenje BT and Top Logistic companies. The complex was built in 2005-2006 by the developer ‘RosEvroDevelopment’.
