The applience of comments on the preliminary results of the state cadastral assessment in Moscow and the region has been just completed. We have previously posted a brief overview of the common mistakes on the assessment of buildings in Moscow, and now we are ready to present the analysis of the quality of cadastral valuation for land plots of several types of use in the Moscow region, including industrial lands, land sites under petrol stations and large land with the type of permitted use for individual residential and country house construction.
